The Event

True North Events invites you to participate in this truly unique event as we honor our fallen and show our continued love and support to all our police, fire, EMS, active duty military, Veterans and those who served. Join us at the Warriors 4 Warriors Race, which includes 5K, 10K and Half Marathon options, in support of Team RWB. Their mission is to "Enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity."

Rucking Division

In addition to a running division, all distances offer a rucking division. Rucking is walking with a weighted pack/ruck on your back.

Minimum dry weight requirement inside your pack/ruck before anything else, including food and water. We recommend a ruck plate of some sort but it's ultimately up to you.

• Men - 20 pounds
• Women - 10 pounds

Course

The course runs along the Jordan River Parkway Trail and is all paved.

All distances are professionally chip timed. The chips are attached to the back of your bib number. Bibs must be worn on the front of you in order to be accurately timed.

Packet Pickup

There will be a packet pickup on Friday, August 12, 2022 at a time and location TBA. Packet pickup will also be available on the morning of the race starting at 5:30 AM.

There is plenty of free parking available in the lots next to the start line.

Awards

• Awards for 1st-3rd place male and female in both the running and rucking divisions. Rucking division weight requirements will be verified and checked at start and finish line.
• Awards ceremony will be held once winners have crossed the finish line and their times have been validated

Team Competition

The team competition between Team RWB chapters is back! The competition spans both the virtual and in person race options! The three categories we have this year for those that complete the distance they sign up for and submit times include: 

• Biggest Team (that not only registers but submits a time)
• Fastest Team (for each distance based on average time; minimum 5 people for one team to be eligible)
• Most Team Elevation

Winning members on each team who had a paid registration will receive a unique token.
